• Consider to combine several consecutive components to combine into a subassembly or module, a product is made of a plurality of sub-assemblies or modules

• Design a stable base

1. A stable base should have the following conditions: a base must have a larger support surface and sufficient strength to support the follow-up parts, and assist the subsequent assembly of parts; in the process of the fitting, the base should support the fixed part of the follow-up and without the risk of rock fall; base must include a guide or positioning features to assist other parts of the assembly.

2. the best way is to the pyramid assembly way: a large and stable parts serve as the base product, which is placed on the table, followed by small parts assembly, final assembly of the smallest parts ; at the same time, the base part of the follow-up parts can provide positioning and guiding function
