• Consider the possibility for each component to be canceled, simplify the product instruction

Customers concern the product function and quality, not care about the product internal instruction and functions how to come true.

• Combine the contiguous components to be one components

Are there relative moving between the contiguous components? and same material made of? benefit for the fix, maintenance and modification? increasing cost in manufacturing?

• Similar components to be combined to be one

• Avoid overly robust design

Absolutely, the product should be designed robustly, but there are limit on robust. if move too long, there will create large waste

• Select reasonable components make technology, design multiple function components
