Which standard HASCO or DME for ejectors, depend on customers requirement
The groove space for O-ring, need more than 0.25 mm gap in each side. Preload 0.5-0.8 mm on height direction.
Sprue need to be nitrided, need locking pin. and its radius need meet the requirement of the plastic injection machine
In generally, mold must have support pillars. small mold preload 0.1mm, big one preload 0.1 mm-0.15 mm.
the diameter of the locating ring must be in accordance with injection machine, the form and position of the knock-out pins are same.
The water fittings spec are according to BOM list, and holes for it also need fit with spec. holes edge need be chamferred.
All water channels need be identified with IN1 IN2..... OUT1 OUT2 .....
Mold must install straight side lock. If limited by the mold space, then need install taper lock.
All screw and components need select standard parts first, don't alow to shorten the screw to fasten. Screw need be lock with length 1.5 to 2 times of screw diameters.
Hot nozzle wires groove must be chamferred, so as not to scratch wire.
Hot runner identification must be installed on the mold operation side
Mold transfer acceptance: need mold engineer to check with the "mold inspection table" before the packaging to shift.
Before shift, need test the water pressure (above 100 Pa) for water channels, and wind gud blown clean water after test.
Mold surface during the manufacturing process, need to pay attention to maintenance, prevent rust and scratches. Before package for shift, the cavity steel need to be sprayed with anti rust agent, all the surface of the mold must be clean, and then coat with the butter
