Perhaps these standards are not absolutely right, maybe there are other treatments to do for same situations, just for references:
If the moldbase is less than 2020, There need fabricate pry slot between A plate and B plate; And the pry slot must be done between all of 2 moldbase plates
Venting groove will be made for all moldbase guide pin and guide bush
Not allow sharp edges, need chamfer or round, except in special place
Cavity and all of components are not allowed the welding without special permission
The parting line surface on cavity must design the venting groove on suitable position, the venting groove size need refer to the relevant documents
Avoid the use of grinding machine grind as far as possible, if have to use it, must use oil stone polish finally
The cavity surface treatment must be performed according to designed requirements. other component surfaces need be polished by oil stone
All mold components and moodbase matiral need be ordered by confirmed from customers and provide relevant material reports. if cavity steel is hardened, then need provide heat treatment report
All mold components, sliders, lifters, inserts etc, need be engraved with material name and hardness etc. on bottom or side
slider, push block, wedge, sprue these easy to wear components need be nitrided.
For slider stroke, there must have locate instrument, for example spring, screw ball, HASCO (DME) standard retainer. Slider need gibs, wear plates. Wear plates must use hard material, and add oil grooves.
The angle pins for slider must be pressed with particular plates, can not rotate and loose. The tail of angle pins must be processed into a hemispherical or conical shape, which is benefit to guarantee the normal movement.
The lifter base t must be used to wear resistant, hard material and oil grooves. In generally, lifer bases are used with 2510 or Cr12 harded to HRC 40-45, because the lifter base is inclined by impact load, so not too hard or it may be broken, and all the right angle need to be chamfer. Need bronze material plate to guide lifter.No allowed welding on lifter base
Runner and gate position need to be polished by sand paper #400-#600
Ejectors, sleeves, lifter, ejector plate need be engraved with corresponding identification code, easy to install. If the ejector location in the product is not flat, the ejector need to be made of the ejector seat type "d" or installed with the anti rotation pin
