Plastic parts layout in plastic mold design, means one or multiple parts are patterned according to the injection molding technology and plastic mold structure, pattern need be considered with below elements:

• From the injection molding aspect

1. Runner length

2. Runner scrap weight

3. Feed gate position

4. Injection pressure balance

5. Feed balance in the molding process

• From the mold structure aspect

1. Be satisfy with the requirements for seal melt resin

2. Be satisfy with the space requirements, such as wedge, slider, lifter, and strengthen of mold components, interference among components etc.

3. Consideration for impact among screws, ejectors, cooling channels

4. Coordination of the mold aspect ratio, and consider the load on the injection machine
