The mold accident in the plastic injection molding process

The accident will be happen in the molding process sometimes. Most of them will damage the mold.

• Flash

When the steel hardness is low and insufficient, the melt resin will scratch metal or metal is depressed by flash at parting line position for the high pressure. We need prevent the flash happen, and often clean the parting line.

• Plastic part interfere with the mold

In the automatic production, the parts hadn't been ejected out completely. This will damage the mold completely, especially for the complicate mold

• Slider and lifter crash together

For some reason, the sequence of mold components move is not correct or ejectors didn't return back on time. the slider and lifter will crash together.
