Mold cavity steel selected for plastic part

• For crystal plastic part, the cavity steel will be selected with high polishing properties imported steel. such as NAK80, S136

NAK80 is pre-hardened, unnecessary to be hardened again. S136 need be hardened to 48-52 HRC

• For high qualify cosmetic surfaces, long mold life, large capacity mold

1), For high polishing surfaces, NAK80, S136 are to be used

2), H13 is used for the wear resisting and corrosion resisting well required

3). imported P20 or P20+Ni also could be used

4). If some area is not easy to cool or cooling efficiency need to be high, beryllium copper could be used
