Using and maintenance requirements for the injection machine

• Do good work on the active components, clean and lubricate them

• Check the area where is automatic lubrication. avoid the wear out for the out of work of automatic lubrication system

• Clean, lubricate the clamping force system, ensure the stable, repeat clamping force and precise end position, degree of balance in each shot

• Check hydraulic oil temperature and qualify

• Enhance the maintenance jobs for injection equipment, avoid the damage for internal wall of barrel, screw, undirectional ring

• Do good job on the start and stop operating, avoid the screw broken
