Using and maintenance requirements for plastic high precision mold

To get stable high precision plastic parts, except the high precision of mold manufacturing, the jobs of cleaning, lubricating and maintenance are also very important.

• Set reasonable parameters for open / close mold, set low pressure protection, avoid the mold damaged

• Clean the mold parting line regularly in the mold process , and lubricate the active components

• Use lower clamping force if match the injection technology, avoid the mold deformation

• Reduce the length and times of ejecting, reducing ejector abrade, avoid the ejector broken

• Maintain mold completely after 30000 shots

• Observe if the spring for ejector plate break in the molding process

• Prevent the dust into the mold in the storage
