The situations for stable plastic injection molding parts

Precision molding need repeat high qualify for each part, some situations need to be provided in the molding process.

• Environment improving, it's better if there are constant temperature, constant humidity, Dust free workshop

• Control changing of the water temperature, water pressure, water discharge

• To produce automatically, prevent operating as far as possible by human ( prevent the cycle time change )

• Control the shot volume, for the end position of shot repeat precision should be less 0.005 mm

• For thin thickness part, shot with high tooling temperature, high injection pressure, high injection speed

• Resident volume in barrel after each shot is as small as possible

• back pressure and hold pressure could be bigger to get higher density, reduce the shrinkage and improve the part precision

• Control molding parameters, prevent adjusting it casually
