The preparation jobs before the plastic injection molding

​Before the plastic injection molding, what do we need to prepare?

• The inspection of the plastic resin ( moisture content, FMI etc. )

• Compound the resin ( not use the recycle material as far as possible )

• Dry the resin material

• Mold check and cleanliness

• Select suitable injection machine

• Clean the injection machine barrel

• Check and select the facilities related with the injection machine

• Preheating the mold ( including the insert for plastic parts )

• Clean the cooling water
