To choose the plastic resin with small shrinkage ( for example: LCP, PC, PMMA, ABS, PET, PBT, PPO and PPS )

  • Choose the noncrystalline resin as far as possible ( for the shrinkage of it is small, and be able to get high precision part )

  • Choose the good creep resistance resin (such as PPS, PPO, PSF, PI and PEEK ) as far as possible

  • Try to choose the fill or enhance properties modified resin, to reduce the shrinkage much

  • Use the small coefficient of thermal expansion resin, reduce the impact with the temperature

  • Use the small absorption of moisture resin. if property of moisture absorption is big ( PA, PES etc.), the dimension of part will be unstable with temperature change
