How to prevent the crack on the PC parts when we run molding (2)

To reduce or avoid the crack on the parts, 2 aspects perhaps we can consider: reduce the internal stress and improve the part ability to resist the crack

• Hold time: longer hold time will increase the internal stress

• Annealing treatment: to reduce the internal stress, add the annealing processing after mold

• Part design: the stress is bigger if the corner R is small, so we should enlarge the radius and even the thickness
