How to increase the transparency for PP material in plastic die and molding parameters

Sometimes we need get more crystal plastic part, how to get it in the plastic mold and molding processing? Below elements perhaps we could pay attention to:

• Molding parameters:

1. Resin temperature: if satisfy the injection condition, lower temperature can get more crystal part

2. Cooling temperature: same with resin temperature phenomenon, lower temperature to get better transparency.

3. injection pressure, injection time and hold time: shorter or lower of them could get better effect.

• mold steel:

Polish higher class for surface treatment , to get better crystal. So we need consider the steel polish property at the plastic mold design process.
