Home Appliances resin material for cosmetic parts

​Several common resin material are applied in the home appliances cosmetic parts. Simple summary as below:

• ABS: glossiness is high, easy to be spayed painting, but low temperature resistance

• PP: low cost, good flow property, but part dimension is unstable

• PC: high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, good crystal property, but easy to crack

• PC/ABS: Comprehensive performance are perfect, but cost is high
