The review conference before the mass production

​It's very important to hold a conference before the mass production and tool transferred to the molding department.

• The departments join the reviewing conference: engineering department, molding department, qualify department, tool maker department

Engineering department: Reviewing from the part structure, dimensions, strength, assemble result

Molding department: Reviewing from molding properties ( efficiency, labor quantity, part releasing, resin wasted, automation etc.)

Quality department: Consider from the cosmetic surfaces quality and match the customer's requirements

Tool maker department: responsible for the improving fabrication

• Plastic parts reviewed need be 24 hours after molding or secondary processing. (temperature 23 minus and plus 2 degree Celsius, Relative humidity 50% minus and plus 5 % )

• Plastic parts assessed contents include dimensions, cosmetic surfaces, function, strength, structure etc.

• Range of injection molding parameters window should be wide, to ensure the quality stability
