• Three flows: melt resin flow, heat flow, air flow

1. Melt resin flow: Melt resin must flow smoothly in the cavity and reach each end of sides at same time

2. Heat flow: Disperse the heat should be fast and cooling efficiency even

3. Air flow: Air venting should be smooth

• Three articles: shortage shot, full shot, shot with slight flash

1. Shortage shot: observe the melt resin flow situation in the cavity

2. Full shot: observe the part quality and adjust until qualified part

3. Shot with slight flash: observe the releasing status and clamping force
