​To lay a set of tooling, there may have several cavities or single cavity. Even single cavity also may face the balance issue if there are several gates to fill the melt resin. What aspects will we need to consider for the filling balance in the mold trial?

• Observe whether balance of filling if the cavity have several gates in single cavity

• Observe whether balance of filling if it's multi-cavities

• Observe whether balance of filling if there are district parts

• The weight of parts is different if it's multi-cavities

• Air venting whether it's identical if multi-cavities ( affect the filling balance)

• Each cavity temperature whether it's even ( affect the gate frozen time)
