Cooling system affect the efficiency of mass production, sometimes it also cause the deformation of plastic parts. What aspect we need consider in the mold design and manufacturing?

• Whether it is correct way to cool the mold steel?

• Is it reasonable of the cooling system layout?

• Water line size will effect capacity of the water flowing, need consider the size of them?

• Whether is sufficient of the water lines quantities?

• Is the temperature of the mold even?

• Whether cycle time of production is too long?

• The surfaces of the water lines is glossy?

• Are there leaking on the end of the water lines?

• Are there cooling system on the slider, lifter or insert? ( Whether temperature locally is too high? )
