Review contents after the plastic mold trial (11)--Mold common components

Almost each mold, there are common components, and act similar function. We need check them for each mold, Some mistakes can be avoided completely with careful check.

• Check the locating ring dimension and injection machine locate hole, whether they are matching

• Is the clamp slot fit with the injection machine?

• Check the quantity, size, position of the eyebolt, whether meet the requirements to lift mold

• Is the depth of the eyebolt hole sufficient?

• Check the quantity and position of the KO holes, whether fit with the injection machine and mold actions

• Are there force return back structure for ejector plate and sliders?

• Is it sufficient of the fit precision between the mold components? Consider the locate each other of the components?

• If ejector have "Z" shape to drag the runner, the direction of "Z " is same? (these ejectors need be located)
