Review contents after plastic mold trial--Molding aspect

For each mold trial, we will consider whether reasonable molding parameters and other conditions. Below are the references to consider:

• Whether too narrow for the molding parameters window. To get more stability quality product, we need this parameters window wider.

• Is it possible to use robot in the mass production?

• How many labors to use in mass production? Is it possible to reduce labor quantity? ( gate and flash cut )

• Review the cycle time, whether it is too long (production efficiency review)

• Inspect the cosmetic surfaces quality, whether match the customers requirements

• Check the plastic part dimensions and strength, whether it reach the customer requirements

• Are there issues in the molding process, such as releasing part, air venting, melt resin flow, mold temperatures
