Determine a unqualified plastic mold (1)

​We are always looking for a good quality mold, sometimes have to meet unqualified mold. Why we say a plastic mold qualify or unqualified? Perhaps we can determine it from next aspects:

• Plastic parts releasing not smoothly, and easy to stick to mold. Even use mold discharging agent in mass production

• Unbalance in the eject process, leave white mark or deformation on the plastic parts

• Cooling efficiency is bad, the mold temperature is high and uneven. The production has long cycle time and low efficiency

• Feeding is unbalance for each cavities, the wight difference is relatively large, and quality is also different for each cavities

• The springs for ejector plate have big compress ratio. ( the compress ration is more than 3/4, this depend on different style spring ) , and the spring and ejectors broken often interfere with production

• The molding parameters window is narrow, uneasy to adjust the product, unstable quality, waste resin material much
