​Even for single cavity mold, sometimes there are several gates for the plastic part.How to consider the quantity of gate? whether to add gate quantities to satisfy with status of injection processing?

• Whether satisfy with the melt resin flow length? ( Check the flow length ratio )

• Quantities of the gate whether affect the balance of the resin feed

• Quantities of the gate whether satisfy with resin filling volume

• Quantities of the gate whether reduce the resistance of the resin flow, and reduce the injection pressure
