The gate size we also need to pay attention to, too big or too small are not suitable and show some shortcomings.

• Need pay attention to whether freezing too early in the melt resin filling processing

• whether benefit of the filling balance for multiple cavities

• whether satisfy with the filling volume of the resin material

• Are there any influence for the resin heat stability if the gate is small to produce too much shear heat?

• If the resin are involved with glass fiber, are there possible to reduce the glass fiber strength if the shear heat is too much?

• Is it convenient to cut the gate after molding process?

• Remnant gate after the gate cut on the cosmetic surfaces whether accepted by the customer ?
