​For gate style, there are tunnel gate, side gate, direct gate, point gate and hot runner gate etc. How to choose a proper gate style and its size depend on customer requirements and plastic parts structure.

• Are there any possibility to produce the filling defect phenomenon for the gate style (Jetting or gas mark) , especially for the crystal parts

• Whether the gate style you choose fit the plastic part structure when melt resin filling in the molding process

• Are there necessary to cut the gate after the molding? and whether is it convenient?

• Whether increase the flow resistance for the gate style you choose
