Works summarry in the plastic mold trial

​We have targets when we run the plastic mold trial, particular emphasis in the different mold. In general, there are below targets we need meet:

• Find out the obvious and potential issues with scientific mold trial methods. Work out the modification methods, and fill in the mold trial reports ( plastic parts released status, cooling efficiency, quality situation, labors etc )

• Produce the samples, commit to the customers, and get confirmed samples from customers.

• Optimize the injection parameters, to guide the mass production

• Confirm the cycle time, daily capacity, material consumption, defect rate and labors in the operation

• Fixture to be used in the molding processing ( produce, measure or correct the plastic parts )

• Make up the quality standard to meet the customer requirements, and sign limited samples to quality department and molding department

• Indicate the injection mold, and file its records

• establish the documents of the parts packing ( BOM list ) to the purchasing department

• Edit "the molding operation instructions" for operators in the molding department, guide their actions in the working
