Plastic mold contents (6)--Cooling balancing on the plastic mold

Cooling efficiency will affect the cycle time and plastic part quality. We need consider the mold cooling balance in the mold trial. The range of temperature on the mold steel should not be too big.

• Select 10 points on the core and cavity steel to measure the temperatures on the steel surfaces by mold temperature measuring instrument

• Record these temperature data, calculate the average of the temperatures.

• Compare the average and each point temperature, it's fine if less than 2 degree Celsius. otherwise, the cooling system need to be improved
