Facing a mold, sometimes we feel so sorry because the mold trial are run again and again, but can't solve the real issue. How to do reducing the possibilities of repeat mold trial? I have to say to do right thing from the beginning.

Mold design department should organize a meeting "mold design for particular mold meeting", finish the DFM and confirmed from the customers. Avoid the mistakes in the mold design
To simulate the resin flow by software moldflow, and optimize the mold structure, improving the runner, gate, cooling system,air venting, plastic parts released
Have a good training for the mold trial guys, find more potential issues, improving ability to analysis and deal with them. enhance the mold trial quality and efficiency, to reduce the mold trial time
Per scientific mold trial method and procedure, to run mold trial
Produce samples more 10% quantities than customer require, in case customer ask to add quantities suddenly
