Plastic mold trial contents (2)--Balance of the resin material feed

The unbalance of the resin material feed happened because of the mold structure, mold fabrication, resin property or high requirements from the customers. How to do in the mold trial to test the balance of the resin feed?

• Continuous shot 5 shots, and weigh their weight. Record the each shot weight and each part weight

• Reduce the shot weight, fill 20%, 50%, 90%, 3 shots for every filling status. Record the each shot weight and each part weight

• It's acceptable if the weight distinction is less 2% of part weight between the heaviest part and lightest part, which show the resin feed is balance. Otherwise, the resin feed is unbalance

• The balance test also should be done even the mold is the single cavity ( observe the actual resin flow status )
