How to choose a correct injection machining in the plastic mold trial

It's very important to choose a correct injection machining to run mold trial. Sometimes the failures in the mold trial are caused by the inappropriate machining. What the elements to affect the injection machining select?

• Clamping force of the injection machining: to calculate the plastic part projection area and estimate the clamping force requirement, then choose a injection machining to fit them

• Confirmation of the injection machining capacity: calculate the part weight to confirm if the injection machining is fit. Normally select 30%-80% capacity of injection machining could fit the plastic part weight

• Confirm the bar distance and stroke distance of the injection machining

• Confirm the nozzle radius of the injection machining and sprue radius of mold
